Empower for Women Professionals Banner

The challenges facing the modern working woman are manifold. From juggling home and office responsibilities to fighting biases and assumptions about her capability and commitment to the job, her professional life has always been an uphill task. Many women professionals also end up taking career breaks to deal with additional responsibilities like taking care of their young ones, ailing parents, in-laws and other commitments.

SoME's Empower programme - for women, created and delivered by women - was crafted keeping these unique challenges in mind. The programme's primary objective is to equip women professionals with a growth mindset supported by our Communication and Confidence frameworks, enabling them to tackle workplace challenges and chart a new, more confident professional journey.

Empower aims to offer a safe and non-judgmental environment for women professionals to voice their work-related challenges and discuss plausible solutions with their highly experienced Guides.
